Do you feel like you’re in a rut with your fitness routine? Have you hit a fitness or weight loss plateau? That’s exactly where I’m at this week so I decided to change things up a bit. I pulled out an old jump rope I haven’t seen since the days of recess and naps and devoted 5 minutes a day to it. I challenge anyone reading to dig out that old dusty jump rope or pick one up at the dollar store and try it just 5 minutes a day. It’ll make working out fun again and who knows you might even improve your fitness in the process. Happy jumping!
