After a break like a long weekend, most of us have spent a lot of time in the sun and very little time in the gym. You probably drank more than usual and ate abnormally. Going back to work after a long weekend is hard enough, but going back to the gym can be the real struggle. First you have to find the time. Chances are you left some things around the house is disarray over the holiday and that may be your priority. But to get back into the gym routine you first have to show up at the gym.
Step 1: Show up at the gym
Leave the house in whatever state it’s in. You’re health and your fitness goals are more important than the dishes. Go to the gym.
